Henry's Refuge is part of the Crimson and Shadows series and covers the period between the end of book two and the beginning of book three. It's a short, sweet, and spicy novella that captures our heroes in the brief moment of peace between their trials. No major plot points are revealed in this installment, so reading it is not necessary for you to enjoy the series to the fullest. The novella does contain spoilers for Josephine's Tear and Sophie's Ruin, so it is recommended you read it after the first two books.
